[ shipping ]

All orders placed with be shipped out within 1 week of purchase. Standard shipping takes between 2-5 business days. We do offer expedited services at checkout but please note that all orders placed after 11am PST will ship out the next business day regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that contains tracking information.

 

[ international shipping ]

All international orders will ship via DHL and take between 3-8 business days to arrive. Please keep in mind that customs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may be charged by your country or the selected carrier. These fees vary by country and selected carrier so we are not able to provide an estimate. Any additional charges that are incurred while importing our goods are the customer's responsibility.

 

[ lost in transit ]

The tracking information that was provided when your order shipped will have the most up to date information on the whereabouts of your package. If your order shipped via USPS and says delivered but you have not yet received it, then please allow another 24 hours for your package to actually arrive. This will occasionally occur with USPS but more often than not the package will arrive the next day. Please email us directly if your package seems to be lost in transit based on the tracking information.

[ returns ] 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our goods. We do understand that things may shift around during the shipping process and can accommodate on a case by case basis. Please email us directly if you have received a damaged, incorrect, or missing good.
